What is occupancy management for hostels and PGs?
Occupancy management means tracking which rooms and beds are occupied, vacant or unavailable at any moment, and assigning residents to them. For a hostel or PG that rents by the bed, it is the foundation of revenue: every bed that sits empty without anyone noticing is lost rent.
