What is tenant management?
Tenant management is everything a landlord or PG owner does to look after tenants across their stay: verifying identity and collecting documents at move-in, assigning a room or bed, billing and collecting rent, tracking notice periods and settling the security advance at move-out. A tenant management app keeps all of this in one digital record per tenant.
In Nohho, every tenant has a permanent profile with identity documents, contact and emergency details, room and bed, rent and payment history, and stay history across properties. Tenants are onboarded with OTP consent, and someone who already has a Nohho profile can be added with one OTP — their verified details pre-fill automatically.
