Privacy Policy
Your trust matters to us. Here’s how we collect, use and protect your information on the Nohho platform.
Last Updated: July 11, 2026
Nohho (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Pampas Lab LLP and provides a property management platform connecting property owners, tenants and staff.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you use the Nohho platform (mobile or web application) or interact with us. This website (nohho.in) itself does not collect personal data from visitors — data collection occurs when you sign up for and use the Nohho platform as an owner, tenant or staff member.
We collect the following categories of information:
- Identity information — name, date of birth, occupation, mobile number and email address
- KYC documents — government-issued identity/address proof submitted for verification
- Emergency contact information
- Images — profile picture and property images
- Financial information — bank account details for property owners, to facilitate rent payouts
- Configuration data — your billing preferences, notification settings and rent configurations
- Payment proof — for rent payments, tenants receive a payment link, pay externally, and upload proof of payment for the owner’s approval
We collect this information directly from you during account creation, onboarding, KYC submission, and ongoing use of the platform — such as uploading documents, images or payment proofs.
- To verify your identity (KYC) and onboard you as an owner, tenant or staff member
- To facilitate rent collection — generating payment links, tracking payment proof, and enabling owner approval
- To manage property listings, billing configurations and notifications
- To communicate with you about your account, property or transactions
- To maintain accurate emergency contact records for safety purposes
- Property owners/admins can view KYC documents and personal details of their tenants and staff, as required to manage their property and verify occupants.
- Tenants and staff members cannot view other tenants’ or staff members’ personal details or KYC documents.
- KYC documents and financial information are not shared with any third party outside the Nohho platform, except as required for the operation of the service (e.g. our cloud hosting providers who store data on our behalf) or as required by law.
- We do not currently use a third-party payment processor — tenants pay via an external payment link and upload proof, which owners manually approve.
- We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or third parties.
- We may disclose information if required by law, court order or government request.
Your data is stored using reputable third-party cloud infrastructure providers, with our database and application servers currently located in Singapore. We plan to migrate our infrastructure to India in the near future. We use industry-standard technical and organizational security measures — including access controls, encrypted connections and role-based data access — to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
We retain your personal information for the duration of your tenancy/association with a property, plus 3 years thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law or a legitimate business purpose (e.g. dispute resolution).
We do not currently use cookies on our website or platform. If we introduce cookies in the future (for example, for functionality or analytics), we will update this policy and, where required, seek your consent.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, subject to our retention obligations above. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
The Nohho platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
