How does online rent collection work with Nohho?
On the rent due date, Nohho sends each tenant a WhatsApp reminder with a payment link. The tenant opens the link — their details are already filled in — verifies with an OTP and pays the amount by UPI. They then submit the UPI transaction ID and a screenshot. You review the payment in the app and approve it, and it is recorded against that tenant instantly.
Because the tenant pays you directly over UPI, Nohho never holds your money and takes 0% commission on rent. Your financial dashboard always shows collected, pending, overdue and awaiting-approval amounts, and invoices are generated automatically.
